Make a return

You always have 14 days of open purchase from the day you received an item. Just send the package to the following address:

NOTE: Returns do not apply to goods purchased on sale.
You will always receive a confirmation email when we have handled your return. 
Goods may only be returned in unused condition and in unbroken packaging. Just contact us if you are unsure of your return and we will help you. 

Change of item

If you wish to change to another item, please place a new order. Then make a return as above on the items you want to return. In the event of a change, we are responsible for the return shipping.  Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions and concerns.
