We reserve the right for any typos on the website, such as errors in product description, incorrect prices and price adjustments. We also reserve for final sale and that goods that can be ordered unfortunately can end up in stock despite the order being processed. Should this happen, we will notify you as a customer immediately for the opportunity to adjust or cancel your order.
As far as product images are concerned, we work to ensure that all images are as representative as possible and consistent with reality. However, we cannot guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the product. Note that colors can be displayed differently on different computers depending on the color settings of the computer.
Our layout, design of images and texts on the website are protected by, among other things, intellectual property and market law. This means that the content may not be copied or used without our consent. All plagiarism is taken very seriously and may be reported.

Order

To be able to shop with us, you must accept our terms of purchase, which is done when you place your order. Upon receipt of an order, we will automatically send an order confirmation to your specified e-mail address. We encourage you to save your order confirmation for any contacts with our customer service.
You can order from us around the clock and we pack packages continuously. You can withdraw your order until we have picked and handled it. If an order is canceled, we ensure that the invoice is canceled or that the money is refunded via Klarna.

Prices and payment

All prices on the website include VAT. At checkout you can see the total price of your order including all fees. SIMON JOH uses Klarna Checkout for all payments, whether you choose to pay by card or invoice. For questions regarding payments, please refer to Klarnas customer service on 08-120 120 10.

Shipping and delivery

The freight charge within Sweden is free. The freight charge within Europe is 100SEK. All items in stock are normally delivered within 1-12 business days. For specific releases or promotions, delivery may take an extra day. We ship with PostNord. You are of course welcome to pick up your order in Visby, at no extra cost.

You will receive a notification via sms or e-mail that your order is available to pick up. Keep in mind that your package will only be left at your delivery point for 14 days. If you do not pick up your package on time, it will be sent back to us and we have the right to charge you a fee of SEK 80 for return shipping and handling of the package. If you want the package to be sent again, it costs SEK 80 in shipping.

Return and exchange

When you shop with us at SIMON JOH, you always have 14 days right of withdrawal. The cancellation deadline starts on the day you receive your goods.

It takes about a week for a return to reach us and be handled. If you want to change to another item, we are responsible for the return cost. Contact us and we will help you if you are unsure.

Complaints

If you receive damaged or incorrectly packaged goods, we are of course responsible for the return shipping cost. We also do our best to remedy your complaint as quickly as possible, with new goods or refunds. Always contact us as soon as possible if you want to advertise a product.
You have 3 years of warranty. All complaints must be approved by us before being returned. Once the promotional item has been returned, we will compensate you in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. This is done within 14 days of receipt of the complaint.

Promotions

SIMON JOH may offer promotions at various times. The promotion is valid as long as it is active and for the specific items specified in connection with the promotion. We reserve the right to revoke promotions at any time. Offers are always valid for a limited time and as long as stocks are sufficient.

Force Majeure

SIMON JOH AB is exempted from the penalty for failure to fulfill certain obligations under these terms, if the failure has its basis in the exempting circumstance as below and the circumstance prevents, obscures or delays the fulfillment. Liberating circumstances include measures or omissions from the authority, new or amended legislation, labor market conflict, blockade, fire, flood, sabotage or accident of greater magnitude.
